While a classic guacamole dip is always appreciated, sometimes it’s nice to mix things up. Adding dill pickles, pickle juice, dill weed, and a few other spices to mashed avocados does just that. The result is a creamy guacamole with crunchy pickles — a blend of unexpectedly delicious flavors!

Dill Pickle Guacamole Dip
6 hass avocados
2 tbsp pickle juice
2/3 cup pickles chopped (plus more for garnish)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp dill weed (dried dill)
Mash avocados to your desired consistency.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Garnish with more chopped pickles and serve with Fritos/Corn Chips.
